Meet The Team

We are excited to introduce the staff of Manna Foods. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who strive for excellence in every aspect of our business. We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers and we do this by providing quality service that is backed by reliable support. Our staff consists of highly experienced individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of delivering quality workmanship and value to our customers.

The management team at Manna Foods has numerous years of experience in manufacturing and related industries, as well as expertise in supply chain management. We strive to provide the highest quality service at competitive prices, and our production staff is highly skilled in the safe and efficient handling of your product.

Ted Baxter/Owner – Ted followed his dream and started Manna Foods in 2003 after a long career in management. Ted purchased some equipment and hired a few employees who had some experience with the machinery and Manna Foods was born. In 2007 Manna Foods required additional space and moved to its current location. The company has continued to grow to the 10 production lines in operation today. Manna Foods continues to work with Multinational, National, Regional, and start-up customers.  

Susan Baxter/Quality Systems Director – After a successful career in sales and management, Susan joined the company in 2009 to help create the Food Safety Quality System so Manna could obtain a BRC certification. Susan is a graduate of Elizabeth College with a degree in Business with a concentration in Management. 

Lydia Rodriquez/Quality Manager – Lydia joined Manna Foods in 2023 with 18 years of Quality experience in the food industry. She received her BA in Business from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico. 

Mike Tice/Operations Manager – Mike has worked at Manna Foods since 2016 and brings many years of experience in plant management, food processing, warehousing, logistics, and sanitation. Mike’s influential leadership has been a key quality for increased productivity in the plant. 

Olivia Bradley/Plant Manager – Olivia joined Manna Foods in 2015. Olivia started as an entry-level employee and worked in various line positions. Olivia managed a team to service large accounts and inventory control. She also served as our warehouse manager. Oliva brings a wealth of knowledge to this position.  

Ryan Gingrich/General Manager – Ryan joined Manna Foods in 2024 after a 21-year military career in the Navy SEAL Teams where he gained a wealth of leadership and operational experience. He received his Organizational Leadership and Business degree from the University of Charleston.
